my friend had been cheated by a house sale agency.

my friend want to buy a second house and he has fix on a aim. then he subscribed a house property subscribe contract,and do a payment to the agency. according the demand of the contract. my friend must submit the datum about loan to agency in two days just for transacting correlative procedure. but, owing to not any individual earning certificate can be afford by warrantor. my friend consulted with the agency if they can took the house property certificate and ground certificate to bank for a mortgage loan. indescribablely, the agency told my friend, there is no ground certificate for that house. the agengcy explain it's not have to need a ground certificate, it can't influenced you to use and dwell the house.

so ,my friend was very angry.he queried the agency why not to tell him the circs befor sign the contract. my friend think the agency cheated him on purpose and demand the agency to return the earnest and cancel the contract. but the agency think my friend hadn't prepare the complete stuff that be need by bank in two days. so the agency don't hand back the earnest. I had suggest my friend go to consumption association to charge him.

I want to know some suggestions and viewpoints of our community friends. thanks advance.

What do you mean to say by house sale agency, is it some real estate agency that you are talking about?

Hi Liaoyu,

If your friend feels that he has been cheated by the house sale agency, then he can approach an attorney and take legal action against the agency. But he needs to legally prove that he has been cheated by the agency.
