HI ALL,

QUCIK QUESTION. IF THE SELLER IS PAYING SOME CREDIT TOWARDS CLOSING COSTS, HOW DOES IT APPEAR IN THE CLOSING STATEMENT?

These will be listed in the settlement charges section on HUD-1 statement under the heading - Paid from seller's funds at settlement.
