When we give you a GFE, you can depend on it's accuracy. We don't give you a misleading GFE that's simply designed to get your business and try to sell you explanations on why it all changed when you get to closing time. Also have a problem with this statement... "instead of settling for the one option most brokers will give you." Nice to paint everyone with the same brush Robert. So, I apologize if my post rubbed you the wrong way. I would edit it to be 'broker-friendly' but I can't since my post has been replied to per forum settings.
