Hello group my name is Don Enrique from Southern California. I recently came out of retirement. I have been in mortgage lending since 1968. First ten years in consumer lending and the last 17 years as a contract due diligence pool mortgage underwriter finally retiring in 1998. I underwrote for the secondary, mortgage insurance companies, major mortgage banks, and the mortgage brokerage community. I look forward to networking with other.

I actually don't know much about mortgage but I'm trying to read as much as possible since I would like to buy something soon. I still don't have enough income but soon I hope That's it...
