Hello All,
My name is David Schwartz, and I have been in the lending industry in Southern Nevada for the past eleven years. I have been both a broker and a banker, and at this point, I am currently with a company that is botha correspondent banker and a broker. I used to run a team of over 20 loan officers, until I realized that I could help out my clients with greater ability by focusing on working on educating and dealing with my own clients. So, as part of the mortgage company that I currently am at, I have set up The Schwartz Group, which is a team that I have arranged of Junior Loan Officers, Processors, Marketing Assistants, and closers to help make sure we close these deals as quickly as possible.
We are currently working primarily with past clients, real estate agents, and mainly the non-profit group that we have an established organization of in Las Vegas. Our primary goal is to create financial literacy amongst the employees of the Las Vegas and Henderson area. Currently, our group includes myself, as the lending specialist, a real estate agent, financial planner, estate attorney, and insurance agent. We set up appointments with some of our current clients such as the City of Las Vegas, City of N. Las Vegas, City of Henderson, and Clark County, along with private employers as well, including over 12 major hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, engineering firms, property management companies, etc.
I pride myself on the knowledge of our industry, and providing accurate information to the masses as opposed to the false statements or half-truths our media is currently presenting to scare the community.
I look forward to working with Mortgage Fit to help educate possible and current homeowners, as well as network with like minded individuals in the same field.

Yes i was working till July 2009 now i am between jobs and need some money i have 3 properties i would like to borrow 5000 dollars to make it till i land the job in spring . the land i would like to put up for security is valued at 20,000 .
I doubt whether lenders would be ready to give a loan of $5000 though you have a collateral which is valued $20,000. You can rather go ahead for a personal loan. Hello All,
Sorry I haven't introduced myself. I ran across your board and have found it to be helpful to those with questions. I only do reverse mortgages and sometimes get nonreverse mortgage leads. I am in all 50 states less NC. I am also in PR.
I love helping Seniors and believe in the Reverse Mortgage Product. I think it gives the Senior peace of Mind and is a great way for them to reach some of there retirement goals. I love what I do, and am glad to help however I can!
