I've been in the real estate industry for years and went through the whole mortgage/loan-mod transitions. Currently doing something else (happily). Just wanted to keep up to date with the industry in the event I go to buy my own house, I know who's telling me the truth or not (you'd be surprised how much you forget if you don't stay in the industry!). Of course, I also hope to provide some advice where I can. Awesome site, BTW.

I completely agree with you that you don't stay in the industry you don't know what's actually happening out there. Rules and regulations change on a day to day basis!
