Im Glynis Shaw and I work for Texas Credit Restoration Alliance. I am here to help people understand that there is something you can do to delete negatives on your credit reports. There ar a lot of scams out there so be careful. There are a lot of legitimate credit repair companies out there also. You need to check any company out carefully if you are considering doing business with them. That goes for credit repair companies also. I happen to work for one of the best in the business. I am not here to promote myself but if you can use my services I certainly wont turn any business down. I once had a person ask me if I wanted to fix my own transmission? He said there are plenty of repair books out there that you can buy that will show you how. Well I dont know anything about transmissions so I declined. Why would you want to try and fix something as improtant to your life and well being as your credit ? Yes there are some things that you can fix, but if you need prodfessional help by all means get it. There is nothing on your credit bureau that cant be taken off if you know how. Thank you.

My name is Michael Haltman, and I am the president of Exeter Commercial which is a commercial mortgage lender/brokertrainer located in New York.

Well I figure I'll introduce myself since I've started digging for knowledge about all this craziness.

My name is Tony Gullotti, I'm 24 and work in marketing research for a Indiana based material handling company. I'll be buying my first home within the year and have joined this community to get some first-hand knowledge from people who are within the industry.

Hopefully after my home buying experience I will be able to provide information from the point-of-view of an amateur. I currently plan on posting a full report of my experiences for information to other first time homebuyers.

I wanted to thank everyone for their help thus far and I hope to be able to contribute in my own way in the future.

This is to Tino: It seems from your pic that you belong to some company, well are you a lender/broker? just curious to know Smile

Tony, it's great to know that you are planning to buy a home. We do come across people here who've bought homes and are planning and we've tried our best to help them all with the advice they needed to make things work.

Since you are on the look out for some knowledge so that home buying process gets easier for you, do tell us what exactly you wish to know about. When I joined this community, I was such a novice but I did come across some good people here who're always there to support others and that's the reason I stayed back.

I feel so satisfied to help people with the little knowledge that I have, I've gained good insight of mortgage and home buying by participating in the forums and you know it's good money too.

I may not be a lender but people do feel happy when I try to help them, at least I can give them some happiness and relief when they're in mortgage problems or when they need suggestions for the best option. Smile

Please feel free to share your experiences with us; we'd be happy to know about it. Above all, the community and all others like you will get some good help.

tony, please feel free to ask away - hit us with your proverbial best shot - any question is worth asking, because even if you might think it a foolish one, someone else is probably thinking of the same thing and hesitant to ask it.

i've only been here for a short while myself, but have discovered that there are a lot of people hoping to be helpful to those asking questions. some of us have a little bit more expertise than others. i suggest you not pounce on the first idea that is expressed; but rather, consider the advice from a few different people before you try to put something into practice that you learned here.

well-intentions don't always make great advice, but we all muddle through somehow. welcome, and we will anticipate hearing from you with any of our marketing research questions.
