Hi Jeanette, We are wondering if we would be able to refinance our mobile home to a fixed rate(we currently have an ARM). Our interest rate is not bad right now(around 5.75%), but that is subject to change as the prime rate fluctuates. If we could do a little better on the rate, that would not be a bad thing either. Getting someone to refinance now seems to be somewhat of a challenge. We are currently financed thru Flagstar Bank, and we were told that they do not refinance mobile homes when we inquired about it. That's very strange, as they currently have our mortgage. Any help that you could give us would be greatly appreciated. | |||
