Hi, Jessica, I like your response about quitclaiming back to a seller. I am in a situation where the seller, Bluegreen, is telling me that they have to decide to accept the Quitclaim deed to a fully paid Louisiana timeshare. That flies in a different direction than your counsel. Please let me know your experience and thinking on this.

Hi JessicaThank you in advcance for reading this .My husband bought the house before we married and he added me through Quitclaim (only to the title) I want to move and get my own place. Does this affect my approval for a new loan? If so , can I remove my name through Quit claim ?If he is late on his mortgage does that affect my credit or just his?

Hi Jessica, I'm wondering if you can help me in which direction I can go? I have a house and a condo under my name. Both are rentals. The house is $1300 neg. cash flow, and the condo now is about $300 cash flow. I lost my job a year ago, and my brother was making the payments. Until my father passed away recently, and my brother can no longer make the payments to my house. And since he's not on the loan, I can't qualify for loan modification, nor am I employed. So I'm behind on the house property, and by 3 months. I was considering Foreclosure, and may be deed in lieu if I qualify? Do I need to get a lawyer? What are my options. Thanks a lot!

Hi, wonder if you cant tell us where to start! We lost our home in Connecticut to foreclosure last year. Have moved to SC and now want to purchase the mobile home with land that we have been renting. We have bad credit. We do have 20% to put down. Don't know what kind of lenders to seek out.

Jessica, my lender is asking me to get a home appraisal done for my loan modification request, is this necessary or can I just forward comps? I'm at rosesolis6@aol.com

HalloYou seem to know a lot of things about property. If I would sign over my real estate to my daughter , could anyone , like a court reverse the action , saying that was not legal. What reasons would someone have to come up with.Thank you for the answer. Iser

We have a vacation rental property that is not renting. We've had the property on the market for about 3 years. We have a first and second mortgage on the property and need to stop the financial bleeding (about $1K a month) that we're experiencing (we'll have two children in college in the fall). What specific issues and steps should we go through if we think that deed in lieu of foreclosure is the best option. Also, what reasonable possible consequences will we be facing?
