Hi Jessica, it's been a while since my last post but I would like to get some more advice. My wife and I have recently bought a new home in addition to our old one. We want to rent out the old home but are not having any luck. We are getting behind in the old homes mortgage because of the lack of income from renters. What do you think we should do? | |||

My dad recently passed away in Sept. 2009. Before his passing(about three years ago) he transferred his fully paid timeshare in Vegas over to me. He had owned it with his wife (my step mom) but she passed in 2003. Vegas says they do not have me down as a owner, only a authorized user. I am the Power Of Attorney of his Estate and this property was not listed in the will because it was transfered before the Will was done. His Will was done in 2007. They advised me to do a quick claim deed, but he is now deceased. What do I do now? | |||

Jessica, this is in response to our conversation from earlier this year.... "Frankly speaking, even I'm a bit frustrated deleting posts of this guy who comes in with his shouts of "I can help"....The common element to his posts and others like him are his contact details. He always has the same e-mail address referenced at the end of his posts. So, is there a way for Sam to put a filter on posts that use specific words? | |||

Hi, Jessica, I like your response about quitclaiming back to a seller. I am in a situation where the seller, Bluegreen, is telling me that they have to decide to accept the Quitclaim deed to a fully paid Louisiana timeshare. That flies in a different direction than your counsel. Please let me know your experience and thinking on this. | |||

Does this affect my approval for a new loan? If so , can I remove my name through Quit claim ?If he is late on his mortgage does that affect my credit or just his? | |||
