Hey Jlewen.Would love to hear what happened... I have two rental properties that are about to go into foreclosure. 3 Short sales have fallen through. I've not been able to find much info at all on the reality of deficiency judgments. I'd also like to know if these guys will take 10 to 20 cents on the dollars once they're in debit collection mode.... Would appreciate any info. | ||||
