hi john - i just thought i'd let you know that i'm not with prospect mortgage any more - in fact, i'm seriously hoping now to get back to an underwriting desk. that may happen in the next week or two. originations didn't agree with me - not enough closings, not enough money, not enough production to make the powers that be happy. as if they were spending any of their money on me! hah!oh well...life does go on...i am still on here, adding my 2 cents quite regularly. frankly, i look forward to my monthly distribution from here. it's been about $100 per month lately. hope things are well in your area, and that you can get hudson city to help out on the odd stated deal. | |||

yes, indeed, John - go to the announcements forum and there's a post on there that goes into detail. you can simply send a private message to Sam, who is the Administrator, asking for disbursement to you. i have a paypal account into which they transfer funds when i ask. | |||
