Ken, I live in Utah and have worked for the Federal Government for 28 years and own a home here. I also own a Mobile Home in North Charleston that my daughter currently lives in but that I purchased for when I retire in 7 years so that I have a residence in South Carolina to stay in part time to spend time with my daughter and grandchildren that live there. I need to do some work on this mobile home to make it a better place for my daughter and grandchildren to live for right now and want to see about a 5 year ARM Loan. What can you tell me about this type of loan and what is the possibility of obtaining this loan.
