Hello,I showed more of health reasons than a financial harship that I am commuting 120 miles daily to work. Also, I rented a place near to my work due to health and cant afford to pay 2 places and I cant rent my house. Bank usually sends you a finacial info sheet. Make sure you show that your expenses are way above your income. | ||||

Hi Kingno1,What sort of info did you submit to the bank to qualify as someone with economic hardship?Do I need to consult a real estate attorney in this matter? I'm planning on doing a DIL or SS on my house in California.Any help or advice would be great.Thanks. | ||||
