quit claim deed

my father- in -law passed 2 months ago and he did leave a will,leaving 1 acher of land to each of his 3 children, however 6 months before he passed he had a quit claim drew up and filed at the court house leaving all the property to all 3 children now one acher to any certian one now who owns what do they all own it all together 1/3 each?

You should contact a real estate attorney and let him check the will as well as new deed. The real estate attorney will go though the documents and clarify the matter.
