my townhouse sheriff sale was on december 5 2010
i do not know what the outcome was
i have not received a 1099a or c from mortgage company or the second mortgage should i wait to do my taxes or will they go on next years i also just had a discharge of debt in bankrupcy in 2010. i am also on social security disability
i dont know how or if this will affect anything.

Welcome ray_gold,

You should contact your lender and check out whether or not the property was sold off. If the property was sold off, then you should ask the lender to send you the 1099 forms.
