AARP sues HUD over Reverse Mortgage policy

In 2008, HUD redefined the word "non-recourse", revising the way Reverse Mortgages have worked since 1989. The change has been painful to some Homeowners and/or their Heirs, and AARP is taking action, filing a lawsuit against HUD.
