My ex-filed chapter 7 after the divorce will I loose my home

I was awarded the home in the divorce, I entered in to a loan modification with chase last june, My divorce was final in October I have made the payments, but he filed for chapter 7 in November after signing a quit claim deed, Chase has now sent my January check back and has asked that I enter in to a new loan modification agreement. I am concerned I am going to loose my home

I doubt you will lose the house as long as you can prove you can still afford it.
