| I live in GA and have a mobile home on a rented lot in FL-- I have a Federal Tax Lien -- If i sell the mobilehome will the new owner have any problems when they go to get the title put into there name? |

Yes, a tax lien is a lien on everything you own that is not exempt. The liens are filed in the state and county in which you reside so they appear in the title history of your assets.
