Alta Guest	Posted: Sat Oct 31, 2009 6:07 am    Post subject: Seller Financed Foreclosure How long would a tenant have in a Seller Financed situation to move out before the courts become involved. I am the owner of the home as of last Wednesday, and the tenants have known for 3 months that the foreclosure is moving forward. I am in Utah and have already given my 5-Day Eviction Notice, and here we are two days before it runs out and the 'Squatters' are still in the and showing no sign of going anywhere.
