I own a home with an ex fiance. His name is on the deed only and my name is on the deed and mortgage. He is not giving me any money towards the home. Does he still have legal rights to living in the house? Can I legally have him removed from living there since I am the loan payer or not since he is still on the deed?

you are co-owners. as such, you ought to be in agreement with living arrangements as well as the sharing of expenses. of course, that seems not to be the case any longer. i suggest you sit down together and try to iron out this situation to your best mutual interests. get a lawyer if you need one or two (each of you would be well-served with a lawyer). having him removed would be a difficult chore, and only through legal means would it occur - again a reasonable case for having a lawyer.
