| I have a piece of land in WV on which there is a mobile home sitting. The previous owners of the mobile home sold it to parties unknown to me after I had taken them to court for back rent. I need to have the land vacated to facilitate a sale of the land. No one is at present living in the mobile home. What are my options? |

Martin you should apply for and obtain permits from the department of transportation and local authorities, necessary to move a manufactured home and check for other regulations regarding moving of a manufactured home.
In this connection you should take proper advice from a attorney and proceed accordingly. |
