my property is 13*35 in ground floor three shops in1st floor house and 2nd floor one room for me want 6lakhs rs for that puprpose i am going mortgage

Hi JsKumar,

I think you need to shop with lenders who will provide a combination of commercial and residential mortgage so that you can put up three shops as well keep some area for you to stay. Carefully analyze your financial situation and think whether you can afford the mortgage. Only then you should proceed towards getting the home loan.

Hi,
Thats good, you have good credit.You have sufficent property
to apply for mortage loan.

you have home as well as shop so your property come under home as well as commercial mortage.So carefully calculate your mortage.
try to take advoice from any expert and do costing of your property.

Propose the bank in the same way and dont hide anything. there are provisions that you get the morgage done on the base of commercial but you are allowed to stay.[/i]
