my friends mom died and left the house to him his sister has been trying to take it from him his name is on the deed her name is as represenative but thats all can he take her off and put one of his kids names on it .

If the property is in the brother's name or if he is the beneficiary of the will, then the sister will not be able to take away the property from him. Whether or not the kid's name can be added to the deed will be better clarified by an attorney.
