Good morning- Ken here, from Alternative Mortgage Fund "fame" Wink

, and I wanted to throw a message out there for any current brokers-
A few times in the past I've had a few responses in reference to my fledgling new mortgage loan product that I'm promoting- as to if there are any real selling opportunities yet for a broker, etc.
As of right now, it is still not officially available. HOWEVER, I am now in some discussions with 2 pretty good-sized national players who are big into the wholesale lending end of things, and they would likely need the assistance of some broker originators to really sell the AMF to clients.
No guarantees here, and I'm not promising anything. But, if anyone would like to speak to me about having their name and/or company passed along to one of these banks that I'm speaking with, I would do that. I think that could be beneficial for both of us.

I am a mortgage broker. Wondering what exactly is AMF? Is this down payment assistance for first time home buyers? How are they promoting the AMF?
