What if You are a joint owner in Oregon but don't live at the property? If you are not paying mortgage but still have stuff on the property should you still have access to home?

If your name is mentioned on the property deed as a joint owner, then you will have rights to that property. In such a situation, you will be able to keep your stuffs in that property.

I completely agree to JamesHogg. When your name is there in the property deed, you are the joint owner and hence no one can stop you from keeping your stuff in that property.
