Are there any lenders out there doing 100% financing for investment properties. I am a real estate broker looking for answers, since my loan officers will do anything to try to get a loan done, no matter if it is legal or not. They string me and my investor along until the loan doesn't close anfd then we dump them. Jason in MN 612-251-1533

Hi,

We do have a community of lenders whom you can contact to discuss this issue of providing finance for investment properties. You will find many of them who actually do such financing.

This is the location of the list: http://www.mortgagefit.com/unitedstates/index.html

Greetings Jason,

Yes, there are still lenders doing 100% investor loans. In fact, they can even be done with stated income.

And if the borrower's credit is good enough, they can also be done with a single loan, rather than the typical combo or piggyback loan, which helps keep the blended rate much lower.

As with any loan program, there are criteria and guidelines that have to be met, but they can definitely be done.

Cool
