Even I don't understand anonymous.
This company has been harassing debtor for a long time. None can make out what they are actually trying to do. And how easily can they get access to anyone's account.
I think you should try to contact them and find out what they have to say.

it is a payday loan website. however, they are located in Utah and not Kansas. The numbers provided by previous posters is correct and so is the email of "tjohnston@loanpointusa.com".

I was having problems with Geneva Roth taking money out after I paid it off. I also couldn't find a number so I went to my bank and showed where I had paid it off and I signed a dispute affadavit and my bank is going to deal with Geneva Roth for me. You may also want to get your bank involved. They helped me.
