I borrowed $100.00 dollars. They have taken out $30.00 dollars out of my account for the past. 2 1/2 months and something needs to be done about it. This is no worse than robbing or mugging a person on the street. I am taking this complaint to a much higher level of authority and persuing my claim for damages to my account and personal preference. I ask you to stop this act immediately and reimburse $120.00 dollars into my account effective immediately. I have seeken legal counsel as part of my actions. I will also proceed for damages if this issue is not resolved immediately. 05-27-08.

Hi Robert, It is good to hear that you are taking some stapes against this loan shark company. So many people got harassed by them and we should teach them a lesson.

I THOUGHT SO TOO WHEN I FIRST FOUND IT, SIMPLY BECOUSE WHEN YOU TYPE IN GENEVA ROTH CAP THIS IS THE LINK THAT COMES UP. THIS IS ACTUALLY A VERY GOOD WEBSITE THAT DEALS WITH A LOT OF FINANCIAL STUFF, ALTHOUGH IT IS PRIMARILY FOR MORTGAGES. IM ALSO GLAD YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS LOAN SHARK! I have gotten three different address from thiis forum an another one. I work for CI with the IRS in Dallas. I'm taking this information to my supervisor at work. I'm going to send to each of the addresses I have and tell them maybe CI would like to get them for money laundering for such. It may be possible to send letters to Criminal Investigation, IRS, Washington, DC. I don't know the Zip Code. But sending letters to GRC with this information, may scare them enought to get them to think about it.

To Lynne: To get the loan number, I think it's better to make a call. But I've often heard these guys don't respond so I'm not sure whether they'll co-operate. To Joe: You are somewhat mistaken I guess; truly this page speaks of Geneva Roth but it's not the company Geneva Roth. It's a mortgage community.

Its a little funny how many people post on this website thinking it is geneva roth! the reason for this is when you type geneva roth cap in your search engine this is the site it takes you to. this is what happened to me nut honestly Iam glad I stumbled onto this site becouse I have gotten tons of help and I know Im not alone whith the loan sharks. I know it is a mortgage website but you guys give such great advise about so many other financial problems! thanks to everyone!!

I did not apply for a loan with them, but they put money in my account, then started taking money out. I put a block on my account to stop them. They didnt even give my bank a contact number, address, or even where the money came from to start with. Talk about crap.
