Hi Jessaica, How can they deposit 400$ in your account forcefully without making you sign any agreement? If they say that you have a checking account, consult with the associated bank and ask them to show the legal documents of that checking account. For further necessary action, you can complain with a state attorney against their illegal operation.

I was given instructions on how to send a moneygram and that all I need to do is call them back with the acct number, and the money gram receipt number and they will not take any more money out of my account. AFter what I see here, I don't think I believe her.

They do not have any credibility. If some other company had such a thing I would have said that you should believe, but not for this company.

Hi Cat, You should not believe Geneva Roth as they are generally known as loan shark company. As they carry out illegal activities, they can do anything with your account. So don't ever believe this company and don't fall prey to them.

I talked to Geneva Roth today 08/23/07 and they said that because I live in Utah--it is the ONLY state where the loan is paid off in full w/ the fee. I borrowed $100 and will have to pay $130. I am skeptical because of all the postings--but I had to look at all of these to even find their phone number!! They NEVER respond to the emails or the contact page. Anyway--if they end up taking only the fee or continue to withdraw every pay day--there will be a huge problem!

Make sure that they agree to provide you written documentation that by paying $130 the loan will be repaid in full. After they confirm in writing that they are ready to provide you documentation of the full repayment, send them the money otherwise not. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.

Hi Flint, It is very hard to locate Geneva Roth as they regularly changes their contact number. However you can try to contact at 913-825-1200. Hope you get them. But you can ask your bank as I think they will be able to give you some information from where the money was deposited.

Hi Flint, You cannot expect anything better from them. It is really very hard to locate them. You must need to contact them physically at the address given by Heavenhack. If further needed, you can take the help of an attorney general to take necessary legal action against them.
