Do not get a loan from this company. They will lie to you and take extra money out of your account. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THEM.

They go by:

I am really worried, I took a loan out with them and my last payment is due this week, how do I make sure that I am not overdrafted, or that they dont do any of this funny business thats going on with everyone else. So far, they haven't taken out any extra payments and I want to keep it that way.

Hello Ricki,

I think you should try to contact them as early as possible to avoid any complication.

To ensure that your account is not overdrafted, you may ask the bank to add overdraft protection.

Geneva Roth sucks! I'm just one more person that won't deal with them. Never do those online payday advances...they aren't worth it. The best people to worth with if you really need an advance is Fast Cash or Advance America. They are very nice. I've dealt with Check into Cash and they are also real a holes. Geneva Roth ended up being the loan company that I got through Angel Payday online. I borrowed $100 from them about two months ago. Since I went through Angel Payday, they have no phone number to call them and ask who my finance company was and when I needed to see about an extension, I didn't know who to call. Since I didn't have the money a few times, Geneva still kept attempting to take out money out of my bank, but I never received a phone call from them when it failed. To date, I have found more NSF charges from my credit union because of their constantly attempting to take money out. They go under two names...Geneva Roth and Check Recovere. They try twice in the same day for each name. It caused so many NSF charges from my Credit Union that it absorbed my whole paycheck when I deposited it...that much in the red because of them. I finally found their phone number from this forum, called them and they aren't willing to just take a money order for the $130. They said they would still continue to draw on my account for their fees. I closed my account on them. My Credit Union is great...they closed my account after I put the negative balance in the black and opened another checking account for me. I told them the whole story and they were willing to work with me. The representative's supervisor said she would reverse $150 of the NSF charges. If you want to know, it's Meriwest Credit Union...they are very good. So, if Geneva Roth doesn't want to work with me, I guess they will have to now. How do they want it, no money or a money order? I'd go with a money order if I was them.

Geneva Roth won't take a money order and told me I have to use Western Union. I did not want to pay the fees for that, I've paid enough fees. Anyway, I closed my account as of today and reopened another one in another account number can't draw on my account anymore.

Hello Lynn,

You have yet another difficult time with Geneva Roth.

I wonder under how many names does Geneva Roth operate.

It was good that your credit union helped you to close the account and it was a wise decision on your part.

Hi,

Is that Geneva Roth? Check it from the bank.

You should contact them immediately and take necessary steps against them.

You can always report your complaint with BBB. If required consult an attorney.

My account is paid off now. Please quit taking my money now or I will be forced to go to my attorney general's office and the bbb about your business tactics. From the sounds of the forum here, there has already been numerous complaints about your business tactics.
