You can enquire at the local HUD office about down payment assistance they provide. Refer to http://www.hud.gov/local/index.cfm?state=sc&topic=offices for their contact address.

Hi,
I thing you want loan and you could not find which is best.
Ok, Actually too much organisation provide loan on some interest rate.
Actually organisation provide home loan, personal loan etc .but for that you need to show your credit.like your salary or any mortage.

So try to ask any concern person to which organisation give loan on less interest rate.
