I just checked my score. It has gone up to a 541. Any financing available?

Your score is only one factor that needs to be considered when looking for financing. I can tell you that I know of lenders that offer financing with scores as low as 450. The combination of all you factors such as property type, income, job time, location etc would effect the lenders decision in approving you for financing. I advise you to use caution as finding loan programs that would except your score doesn't mean that it is the best program for you or may come with a high rate. It is always best to have comparable loan programs to consider.

The additional information recommended would be helpful in finding the right loan program for you. I suggest to use the proper channels and submit these details privately.
