Dschuh, to begin with I would like to congratulate you for deciding to enter the real estate business. For getting clients you will have to slowly develop your network of friends in this field who will be able to provide useful information and guidance.

dschuh,

I agree with Ross. Just getting your name out to people you know first (Family, relatives, friends, co-workers, previous co-workers, etc.). Also, you mentioned that you are working with a loan company. Get to know the Loan Officers in your workplace to see if they can provide you some leads as well. Hopefully people at your workplace can provide you some guidance.

Hi Dschuh,

Welcome to the forums.

Congratulations to you for the new venture!

There are no specific tips of getting clients in this business. All you can do is participate in various community activities and help people with your knowledge and experience. They will be able to trust you and have confidence on your services. This will help you to promote your business.

Hopefully you will get some help by participating in our forums.

Hope you enjoy your stay in our forums.

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz

yup, ask questions and answer question, that's the ideal way to develop your expertise and know the industry.
