Hi Bclimes,
Welcome to our forums.
Helping people avoid foreclosure is really good. 
Foreclosure is quite common these days with people being unable to continue with their loan payments and lenders trying to come up with a forbearance or a loan modification. And, even if a borrower somehow gets out of it through a short sale or deed-in-lieu, his credit score gets affected.
I feel foreclosure help companies can be really helpful for borrowers provided they provide cost effective services.

"Nicole" like so many others, is a SCAMMER! I contacted her (and 20 others) after seeing repeated posts in Yahoo Answers... I "felt" it was a scam, but wanted to have hard evidence... The email I recieved lists the office for Bclimes at : 828 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10017 ... It IS an actual address... for the Consulate General of Nigeria
For those of you who haven't heard yet... do a search for "419 scam"... At BEST this is merely identity theft... at worst, they will strip your bank accounts and/or charge you "fees" for their "services... |

You mean bclimes is a scammer? well, thanks for informing the communty about it. At least people coming here won't go for foreclosure help to bclimes and guys let your friends know about this by word of mouth.

As always, common sense needs to intervene, at some point.
There are reputable companies out there that offer these types of services...but at the very least, make sure the person you place your trust in can write AT LEAST four COMPLETE sentences that have no spelling or typo errors in them. (:

Common sense would be nice... but when someone is facing sudden financial disaster, I can understand level headed isn't the most common feeling... SCUM like this prey on people's weakness... and unfortunately, there is no one in a position of authority able or willing to DO anything about it... It's up to ALL of us to police the ranks on the internet... I seem to spend time on yahoo answers and 419legal "trying" to get the word out... I happened upon this site while sniffing a trail... All in all, I think yall have a good site here... and I just wanted to do my little bit..
