Hi,

There are a number of nationalized banks offering mortgage in India. They are the State Bank of India, Union Bank of India and PNB home loans.

Among the private banks offering home loans are the ICICI, HDFC and the IDBI Home loans. Besides, you can look out for home loans from finance companies like Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DHFL), Can Fin Homes Ltd (CHFL) and others.
