quitclaim deed. Call a local title or escrow company and they can assist you in preparing and recording proper deed

Hi Guest,

You should contact the person who is the owner of the property now and ask him/her to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name to the property deed. Once you do so, the deed needs to be recorded at the county recorder's office.
