Hi Mena,

Do get the quit claim deed signed by the notary public and recorded at the Register of Deeds. And, regarding the code, I have gone through the site and I feel B10 will be better if yours is a community property.

Feel free to clarify your doubts with us.

Thanks,

Caron.

My husband and his daughter have become very close and secretive since his illness. Can he add her name to the deed of our home without my knowledge?

Hi Dee Dee!

Welcome to forums!

If your husband is one of the owners of the home, then he will be able to add his daughter to the deed without your permission and transfer his share of the property to her.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

I guess that to get the loan from banks you must have a good reason. Nevertheless, once I have got a secured loan, just because I was willing to buy a bike.
