Litigation, after forclosure and house was sold?

Like 0 Dislike 0 there any special redemption period after the foreclosure during which I could buy the house back my lawyer said it is now in Litigation, but I received a Notice to Vacate from the Sheriff?

However, after foreclosure, if your state laws permit, you'll get a redemption period of 6 months to 1 years in which you can buy back the property by paying off the mortgage. Thanks, Jerry
