Litigation, after forclosure and house was sold?

there any special redemption period after the foreclosure during which I could buy the house back my lawyer said it is now in Litigation, but I received a Notice to Vacate from the Sheriff?

Hi noviarufus,

I haven't heard of special redemption period after foreclosure. However, after foreclosure, if your state laws permit, you'll get a redemption period of 6 months to 1 years in which you can buy back the property by paying off the mortgage.
