I have a piece of land and want to know who will allow me to borrow money of that land deed. Please help.
Not all lenders will be ready to provide you with a land loan. You will have to speak to the lender and check out who will be interested in giving you the land loan.
Yes, land deed can be used to borrow but you're required to find out the lenders who're willing lend money on the basis of property deed.
