Hi Randiza,

Are you a real estate agent?

In that case, have you taken any course from National Association of Realtors? If you have taken any such course, this will really help you.

You should have those skills or would have to develop them in order to convince customers.

Thanks

In the Real Estate and Mortgage business even though you are a salesperson you don't really make the sale. You do have to put your customers in the right properties and make them feel comfortable and knowledgable. But when it comes down to it they decide what they want to do. It's not like we're talking about peanuts here. We're talking hundreds of thousands of dollars. Just make your clients happy and the sales will take care of themselves.
