How long have Fidelity Mortgage direct been doing business?

I've trying to do some research on mortgage and looking to see who's doing well.. Just need to know how long they've been around.

We tried to run "numbers" and a certain agent lets say T ran the numbers. And told us we have the right to refusal without fees. Well was she wrong and we will have to pay!!!!. I spoke to a guy, lets call him D, he called us twice and decided to harass us with threaten calls. If you follow our time line after we faxed our "information" we called her and emailed her we decided not to take their loan due to too many fees. She said ok and now Agent D called the next night and after I told him we do not want the mortgage. He said he will run it through anyway and he did. After we said no!!!! So we owe around 4000.00 for a mortgage writer fee. Yea so have fun!!!! Sad

Well this is ridiculous but i suppose the agent didn't give it in writing that he wouldn't charge fees just to run the numbers. That's the reason he has taken the chance and is now demanding fees from you. Better stay away from such agents.
