I want to buy a foreclosed property. I want to know how I need to go about it. I will pay cash to buy the condo. Please help.

You will have to check out the MLS listing or the listings at auction.com in order to know about foreclosed properties. Once you know that, you will have to attend the auctions and bid for buying the properties.
