Is it advisable to buy a house with an Agent or without an agent on our own?

Richo,

It is good to consult an agent and take his help in buying a home. A real estate agent can help you in finding out the home that suits you as well as negotiate with the seller on the purchase price.

That's a fine idea, instead of suffering on our own we can contact a agent. Thank you guyzzzzz.
