Like 0 Dislike 0 we are currently going through in lue of deed with our current mortage.550 credit score, income 125k/year. can i get a loan to purchase a smaller home with my father as a cosigner. He has 800 credit score? we are upside down on our house

Your father can purchase a home for you as he has a good credit score. But if you're going through a deed in lieu of foreclosure, it will be difficult for you to qualify for a loan.
