mommyanatobe Joined: 02 Mar 2011 Posts: 1 1.34 Dollars($)	Posted: Wed Mar 02, 2011 6:41 am    Post subject: can i take the blinds with me Like 0 Dislike 0 my husband bought our house about almost 3 years ago and now we are at the edge of short sale........ i told my realtor agent about 3 days ago that i was taking the blinds with me or id the new owers would like to buy them ,,,,,,, and he said the blinds are included with the house!!!!!!!! now when he help us purchase the house 3 yeras ago it had no curtins or blind i bought the blinds after i moved now henever ask about them when we sign the paper work for putting the houde on the market only about the appliances and we only said the stove please help i have 2 weeks to closing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As it is your personal property and you purchased it after you bought the property, you will be able to take them with you or sell them separately to the buyer. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
