Mortgage is a kind of legal process by which a borrower takes a loan to the purchase a residential or commercial property. That property is held in reserve as the security for the debt. The mortgage provided by the lenders against the pledged security are ultimately a part of the capital market and helps to raise the long term funds. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
