len Guest	Posted: Sun Oct 26, 2008 11:00 am    Post subject: Mortage interest Like 0 Dislike 0 If my name is on the deed of trust but not on the loan and I can show proof of paying the mortgage. Can I claim all mortgage interest on my income tax return?

You may refinance the loan and transfer the mortgage in your name. This will help you to claim all mortgage interest on my income tax return. Feel free to ask if you have further queries. Sussane
