Hi niharika!

Welcome to forums!

There is nothing called no closing cost loan. If your lender offers you a no closing cost loan, he will actually bundle the closing costs in your loan and you may have to pay a higher interest rate for the loan. It's better to go for a loan which has closing costs.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

To answer in a way that will help you need to give your details - if getting a no cost loan is the only way and you can afford the higher payment then that may work - either way you will pay for your loan either now or over the life of the loan
