In his will he left everything to me including our homes one in Arknasas where I am living and the other in Austin Texas. I am selling my house in Austin, the closing date is scheduled for 3/4/2011. But when they pulled the title it had my husbands name and mine name. My husband and I had a warranty deed done on both of our homes and they were recorded the one in Austin and the one in Arkansas. Well now they said I will have to have the will probatedin Texas because they don't recognize a will probated in another state. What would be the quickest why to accomplish this?
