What does the term c/o mean on a property deed? I have heard that it stands for 'care of', but I cannot find any information on this. Also, what rights are there for someone with this title beside their name on a property deed?

Hi legg_chris,

This is a question which will be better answered by your real estate attorney. You should contact a real estate attorney and take his help in this matter.

Thanks
